The selected direction was refined through a series of controlled paint-over passes, gradually building depth, material definition, reflections, and final polish without losing the symbol’s clarity at gameplay scale.
To create an immediately familiar experience for land-based players, the clover was built around a classic three-quarter presentation: bold, dimensional, and instantly readable at a glance. Two colour directions were explored: classic green, rooted in traditional clover imagery, and blue, selected to connect the symbol more closely to the game’s palette.
Rough AI-based concepts were used to quickly explore different approaches to material, ornament, colour, and dimensionality before selecting a direction for refinement.
